Informative interpreting – hostesses at conferences

Consecutive interpreting
a kind of interpreting taking place section by section or after several sentences; this kind of interpreting is appropriate during business negotiations with a lower number of participants present.

Simultaneous interpreting
a kind of interpreting using interpreting technology (booths), headphones for hearers, speaker’s desk and microphones; recommended when bigger corporate events, conferences or congresses are held.

Videoconference interpreting
a kind of interpreting during which negotiations are conducted using a satellite and a TV screen (you are, for instance, talking to your client from the USA, and his picture is brought to you in the negotiating room); this is the kind of interpreting suitable for quick decisions when there is no time for sending a company representative on a business journey and communication via phone or e-mail is insufficient.
